Home Comfort Solutions Heating and Air LLC in Sugar Hill, GA

2024 Update: Home Comfort Solutions came out for our annual Spring A/C service and Jeff the owner actually cleaned our A/C unit.. a $150 service for free!! I can't say enough about him or the tech D.J. It's great to work with a knowledgeable and honest company!! After 6 different estimates Home Comfort Solutions was by far the best value and the most honest. We are extremely happy with our new A/C and furnace and would highly recommend them.

I contacted several companies back in July of 2022 when our AC broke and home comfort solutions were the only ones who made an effort to accommodate us that same day. We have been using them ever since. The technician is always polite, informative and works quickly. They do a great job and I highly recommend.

I have used Home Comfort Solutions for well over ten years and would not consider using anyone else in the metro area. The team is completely trustworthy and professional. They maintain the systems perfectly and I simply never worry about having heat and air.

I first reached out to Home Comfort Solutions three years ago for a repair on my AC unit, and since then, their exceptional service and professionalism have made me a loyal customer. The technicians are not only knowledgeable but also punctual and respectful, always leaving my home clean and tidy. They are proactive in scheduling maintenance appointments and provide prompt solutions to any emergency situations, ensuring my HVAC system remains in optimal condition. Home Comfort Solutions truly stands out with their commitment to customer satisfaction, consistently going above and beyond to explain any issues and recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner. Their responsiveness, dedication, and attention to detail have been instrumental in keeping my home comfortable all year round. Their competitive and transparent pricing further solidifies Home Comfort Solutions as my go-to HVAC service provider. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services—you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Home Comfort Solutions, for years of unparalleled service and peace of mind!

This company is the best. Nikki has great customer service and will go out of her way to accommodate you when scheduling. Andy and DJ come to your home and get the job done right. Andy explains to my understanding what the problem is and the pricing is fair. No gouging. I'll continue to use Home Comfort Solutions for my HVAC needs. Give em a call😊.
