I’ve passed this place a million times and never thought to go in. I was referred to them and I regret not going sooner. They are amazing professionals and reasonable with pricing. The Krystal Auto team is top-tier. I took my truck in to have a repair done. When I dropped the vehicle off, Alexis was working in the front office. She was warm, welcoming, and efficient. Just a little while later, I received a call from the owner, Christian, to talk me through the repair before it was made. The quality and caliber of the work were excellent. I will be taking my vehicle back in the future.

Everyone was amazing.i live an hour away. I’m up watching my grandkids. I thought I had a nail in my tire, because my pressure was low. I drove in and they took me in right away. They even replaced the stem valve cover I lost somewhere. Highly recommend.

I got a flat while running around in Ocala and I called Crystal automotive in less than an hour. I had a tow truck that picked up my truck. They did all the repairs and I was back up and running and a very reasonable cost and they did not try to sell me any add-ons they will be getting all of my business
